Most Guarantees are Worthless...

Buying anything or trusting anyone these days can be risky. And most guarantees aren't worth the paper they're written on.

When commissioning a tailor, that risk can seem like a big hurdle, after all, you're effectively buying something you can't see or feel until (in some cases) it's too late.

And what happens if there isn't anything wrong, wrong, with your new suit, but there's something about it that just isn't quite right?

So, how do you avoid disappointments?

I'm a good tailor, with very high standards - but just because I say that, I don't expect expect you to believe me. After all, what idiot would say they're rubbish at what they do?

We all make mistakes, yes, even me :) Occasionally, even I have to admit defeat and start again with a fresh length of cloth and re-make a job from scratch.

In order to reduce the risk to you, every garment I make comes with my peace of mind guarantee of complete satisfaction. A guarantee that I stand by 100%

If what I create for you is not perfect – in your judgement, not mine – I will make it so or refund your payment in full. This guarantee applies for a full year after you first try on your finished suit.

I want you to be delighted with the work I do for you, and if you're not, then I've failed.

We've all had bad experiences in the past, but I hope by offering you this guarantee, I can go some of the way to reducing the risk for you.

If you would like to commission me, risk free, just send me an email to enquiries@williamwestmancott.com and I'll take care of everything else.
